Happy National Pizza Day!

It seems like we celebrate National Pizza Day every weekend, but today we actually have an official excuse to have a slice. Today (2/9/22) is National Pizza Day!!

Forbici Modern Italian in Tampa’s Hyde Park Village was on our radar to take part in the pizza-palooza of a day. Their pepperoni (aka - cup & char) is a must. The dough is fermented 72 hours and baked at a high temperature making it light ant airy. They also make the mozzarella in house.
