Cuban Cheese Toast at The Lab Coffee

We love supporting local coffee shops and found this one while exploring North Hyde Park in Tampa.  

Almost hidden on a side street, The Lab Coffee Shop has a garage-style space offering coffees and food.  

I had already completed the order before seeing they offer breakfast egg rolls.  That will be next visit.  

Both the cortado and Cuban Cheese Toast were GREAT.  

The Lab Coffee has a perfect location in a growing area that has hundreds of new apartment units close to The University of Tampa.
